As of 6-2-201 have not received a signed letter back from Seacrest Properties LLC (Jerry Hedge). I talked
with Jerry on the phone and he agreed with the proposed drawing and told me they would send it back.
I am attaching the receipt of the letter on 5-20-20. We would like to proceed with the pier rebuild.
Darrel Erny at Lighthouse Marine Construction is the contractor and he said he would meet with you on
