The property is located off Goose Creek Road SE on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) in the Bricklanding area of Brunswick County. Brunswick County parcel 244FE00113 has been recently subdivided into two single-family lots. The requested pier and dock would provide two boat slips for the lots (one slip per lot). The applicant requests construction of: (1) a 6' x 104' fixed access pier (2) an 18' x 18' fixed gazebo and (3) two four -piling boat lifts.
