On behalf of Mr. Ingram Walters, a CAMA General Permit 0.1200 is requested for construction of a residential pier
and dock to be shared by two single-family lots. The property is located off Goose Creek Road SE on the
Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) in the Bricklanding area of Brunswick County. Brunswick County parcel 244FE00113
has been recently subdivided into two single-family lots. The requested pier and dock would provide two boat
slips for the lots (one slip per lot).
The applicant requests construction of: (1) a 6' x 104' fixed access pier (2) an 18' x 18' fixed gazebo and (3) two
four -piling boat lifts. Application Figures 1-3 show the location and dimensions of the requested structures. A
survey of the property and a copy of the Brunswick County parcel card are also enclosed for site location and
existing conditions.
Adjacent landowner notification forms, documentation of the applicant's Offer to Purchase, an agent
authorization form, and the application fee are also enclosed. As always, thank you for your assistance.

ADDENDUM TO PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
THIS ADDENDUM to the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement dated September 28, 2016
by and between INGRAM WALTERS ("Buyer") and SLF — NC BRICK LANDING, LLC ("Seller") for
the sale of the property referred to as Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Brick Landing Plantation Minor Subdivision, as
more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto, is made and entered into on this Vh day of January,
2017 ("Effective Date")
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Buyer hereby requests an extension of the Inspection Period as additional time is
required by the Division of Coastal Management to obtain a CAMA dock permit for the Property;
NOW THERFORE, the Buyer and Seller agree that the Inspection Period be extended to the
earlier of the following dates: 1) the date being five (5) days after the Buyer obtains the aforementioned
CAMA dock permit to serve the property, or 2) February 9, 2017, The Closing Date shall be extended to
the date being fifteen (15) days from the expiration of the Inspection Period.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the undersigned have caused this Addendum to be executed
on behalf of the Parties hereto, effective as of the Effective Date first above written.
