Courtney / Sean:
As per our previous site visit and office meeting, we have been contracted by Shipwatch HOA to rebuild/
replace their existing community piers. Hurricane Matthew significantly damaged several of the piers
beyond repair. We have developed a three year plan for replacement of all the piers due to the associated
costs. Year one includes the replacement of C, D & G. Docks A, B, E, F, H & J are to have basic repairs
made in order to make it safe to use for another year. We will apply for the General Permits to replace
the remaining community pier in the second and third years. I have also attached an overhead depicting
the location of the piers. If you have any questions or need anything else, do not hesitate to give me a call
