wish to waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate blank below.)

Dear Mr. Dail,
I have enclosed the required drawings and adjacent property owner's
notification/waiver forms for a proposed pier to be located at 110 Topsail Watch Lane in
Hampstead. My retaining wall was completed in the spring, and I appreciate your help
with that permitting process.
I am working with and favor Pippen Marine Construction to build the pier, but Mr.
Pippin is telling me it will be late next summer before he can start. I have contacted two
other marine contractors who also have long lead times. I have elected to try and obtain
the permit now as one contractor suggested I do so in the event that they have
cancellations or can get to the job sooner than anticipated.
I understand the permit is only good if construction begins within 120 days, but I don't
want to be the hold up and hope to be able to renew if I can't get started in time.
