As per our meeting, we would like to request a repair permit for rebuilding the existing sundeck located at
5325 Holt Rd. Years of storms and wakes from passing vessels combined with the age of the sundeck
have taken its toll. We are proposing to remove the existing sundeck and rebuild it in its exact same
footprint. We are also proposing to construct a 16' x 16' gazebo roof on top of the structure. The drip
line of the new roof will be well within the existing footprint. If you have any questions or require
