A. Ocean Dunes would like to push sand from the low tide mark on the ocean
side of the buildings to rebuild the berms destroyed by Matthew.
B. We would use a Caterpillar D6 dozer for the push and a skid steer as an
ancillary piece of equipment for shaping.
C. We will access the beach from the south side of the buildings and the Riggings
HOA next door staying completely on Ocean Dunes Property.
I have included the following per your email.

B. Riparian approvals from both neighbors.
C. Maps showing areas where we will push sand.

last year. Part of the due diligence for this permit is to notify the adjoining neighbors of our
intentions.
The work we will be performing is, pushing sand from the low tide level up against the buildings
to create a sand dune to replace the ones we lost last year.

sufficiently to the north of the Riggings sandbag revetment. We request that contractor performing the beach
bulldozing work makes contact with the Riggings prior to commencement of the development so that the Riggings
can place stakes along the boundary of the sandbag revetment, and identify these stakes for the Ocean Dunes'
contractor.

Please find enclosed the completed Riparian Notification for the referenced Project.
While the Riggings HOA has no objection to the proposed development, we are concerned that this
proposed development has the potential for causing damage to the sandbag revetment that has
recently been put in place to protect structures on the Riggings property. If this Permit can be issued to
ensure that the Contractor is aware of the location of the buried base of the sandbag revetment, and
will allow us to mark the limits of beach disturbance near the revetment prior to commencing work, we
have no objection.
