building both a house and a dock on my property ( 2718 W pelican Dr.). We plan to start our project in
early spring, 2017. CAMA and the Town of Oak Island, requires we notify in writing the adjacent
property owners, as to the scope of the project. I have enclosed a drawing of the proposed project for
your edification.
Additionally, I have enclosed an adjacent riparian property owner statement that would need to be filled
out and signed, as part of the permitting project. We will maintain our 15' setback and are not asking
for any waivers. Please sign and send back the form in the enclosed envelope.
