Environmental Consultants 4/24/ 17 Courtney Spears Division of Coastal Management 127 Cardinal Drive Extension Wilmington, N.C. 28405-3845 Re: Application for General Permit 0.1200, 118 Beagle Trail, Wilmington , N.C., New Hanover County Parcel RO-6200-005-027-000, Mr. Glenn Lea, owner/applicant Dear Courtney, On behalf of Mr. Glenn Lea, we are submitting a revised plan for a residential pier on his property at 118 Beagle Trail under General Permit 0.1200. Following our meeting on site, we have positioned a covered gazebo in the bare sand area identified and gotten additional water depth information for repositioning the two pole boat lift closer to the creek bend where the water is widest and located in depths between -2.2' and -3.0' deep at normal low water. The pier is 244'x6', the `L' is 24'x6' and the covered gazebo adjacent to the pier is 19'x17.5'. The boat lift cradle extends 8' from the outer edge of the V. We appreciate the input received during our recent site visit and have used that information to revise the plan to meet the requirements of this General Permit.
