Normally, this would have been looked torably, but seeing as though the permit has already been issued, there isn't much we can do. It further flicates the issue because sling lifts are difficult to impose stops on. If you could just ask the applicant to ensur( is a ROBUST system to ensure the lowest point of the keel, not necessarily the stops, prevent the boat from ling the soft bottom PNA habitat. The good news is that the PNA in the AIWW behind OI is highly altered and loped already. Regretfully, I have issued the GP already fc ft and they owner has a building permit from the town, so they may have started work on it.
