Ms. Pat Felmly, your neighbor at 163 Highpoint here in Holden Beach, has asked us to replace
her floating dock. As part of the permitting process, DEQ/CAMA asks that we reach out to
adjacent property owners to let you know of the intended project. They also require us to send
you an adjacent property owner form for your review and signature. Since Ms. Felmly had
work done last year (new bulkhead and boat lift) you may recall we contacted you then as well
for that effort.
If you could review the CAMA form and sign/return it as soon as possible either by email or fax,
it would be deeply appreciated. I have also attached a drawing of the work to be done, with
the CAMA form. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call either Will
Richardson (910.367.0335) or myself.
