As you may or may not have noticed, the dock and walkway at our property on
28 Fairmont Street was severely damaged. Therefore, we must replace it. In
order to do so, we are required by the Division of Coastal Management to let
our neighbors on either side of our cottage know of our plans and to get your
approval.
I am enclosing a Division of Coastal Management form ("Adjacent Riparian
Property Owner Notification/Waiver Form") and drawing for your inspection and
approval.

wish to waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate blank below.)
