I had been corresponding with him ab( )posed floating dock at Holden Beach but he told me that you are now handling that ar( eed to contact someone else, please let me know. e proposal is for a small floating dock (similar to a jet ski dock) for a 14 ft. Zodiac. The awing is attached, along with an aerial view with the location of the proposed dock marl ave also enclosed the consent forms and waivers of setback signed and initialed by the 1 joining property owners, Tom and Carole Williams (320 Marker Fifty -Five Drive) and Hai Id and Marian Kidd (324 Marker Fifty -Five drive.) elieve the next step is to schedule a site visit. Will someone need to be there to meet u? If so, since this is a second home for us, the first time someone will be there on a !ekday is late afternoon on September 14, or any time on September 15. The dock would have to meet the adjacent 15' riparian corridor setback unless it we ived by the adjacent property owner. The dock will also count towards your overall allowable platform area. Oi i have the notifications, please contact me to schedule a site visit, and at that time I may be able to issue a perr proposed work appears to be consistent with our rules.
