NC to dispose of approximately 715cy of dredge spoil material derived from the Seaside Marina Project. Disposal will be limited to the upland portion of the property. The project scope is identical to the maintenance dredging conducted back in 2013. I am attaching the project drawing and "Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Notification" for your review. The project entails removal of approximately 450 cubic yards of material from the marina in order to re-establish adequate water depths for vessel use. As I mentioned on the phone, in addition to simply signing the attached form, you can reply to this message stating that you have been notified of our intent to initiate work.
