Scope of work for Parkers Pointe Community Dock
March 28, 2016
To Whom It May Concern
1) Remove existing floating dock, all existing pilings, gangway and jet ski lifts
2) Replace with new pilings, aluminum dock, gangway and jet ski lifts staying in same footprint as
we have now. (See Drawings Attached for sizing)
3) Add to end of pier but staying in same footprint as we have with existing slips a 9 x 16 gazebo
addition to the left side of the pier as you are walking out to the water. ( See Drawing of Gazebo
for Sizing )
