We are currently developing plans to dredge the channel by our boat dock and in tl Est we have used the Beddows property (adjacent to yours) to deposit the dredged material. We would like 1 iow if you would be willing for the HOA to use your property to deposit the material as this would raise yo operty some and also provide the HOA a substantial cost savings. We would be certain to level out the aterial once we have completed depositing the dredged material .
