In this case, the new adjacent property owner, Christopher Snyder, whom acquired the property in August, had not been notified and the permit was on hold until we received the form from you. I had attempted to notify you of this change many times after we had received the incomplete application October 13, and have gone as far as reaching out to Robert Lorenzen for a way to reach you. However, my calls were not immediately answered, and your website and the information you submitted did not contain an email to reach you. I finally did get your email from the staff and our email correspondence on October 25, did not refer to the permit as having been issued. I expressly stated in the email that the permit could not be issued without the notification. I can forward you the email if you desire. I confirmed with Jason Dail that he had been to the property for a site visit. However, since I am processing the permit I would like to confirm the water depth at the site before I sign off on the project. The water depth of this project is important since the surrounding waters are Primary Nursery Area and have special conditions. I was hoping to coordinate with someone from your office to meet me so we could talk about these conditions and sign the permit, but I can do the site visit on my own if no one is available and scan and email the copy to you for you to sign and send back to me.
