Wilmington ning Robb, Thanks for the extra information. I don't have any major concerns with the project. The vessel is small an( esign keeps the boat off the PNA bottom. Depth seems adequate for the vessel. Since the vessel is stored over !r and not on the 4ft x 16ft fixed platform it might be beneficial for the applicant to reduce or remove that strut swing the boat closer from the corner of the T head. That would give them move better movement of the lift a the lift and boat more centered over the void. You mentioned the applicant may be interested in lowering thi I to allow for better access. I have no problem with that either. Wilmington ning Robb, I don't remember us talking about this one, but I started to look at the drawing today and I have a few ,tions to help clarify some things for me. Oft x 16ft access to boat lift is fixed, not floating? )n the drawing indicates something out over the CW. Not sure what that means. My hopes are that the davit i :orner of the 4ftx16ft and they are wanting to place the boat in the water in front of the 4ft x 16ft. want to verify that the water depth where they want to launch the boat. i ks, g ig Bodnar pries Resource Specialist ,ion of Coastal Management artment of Environmental Quality 308 2808 ext 213 office g.Bodnar(a-)ncdenr.gov :,ommerce Ave ,head City, NC 28557 —'' Nothing Compares,-, it correspondence to and from this address is subject to the '7 Carolina Public Records Law and may be disclosed to third parties. xmrn caNn \ \ w* eMI \ Neighbor, This Letter is to inform you that we are making a few minor changes to the proposed dock plan at 5414 Fleet Rd. The two changes as demonstrated in the attached drawing are, 1) Move boatlift to left side of dock so that it is not shading marsh grass. 2) Remove 4ft form the rear of the T-Dock and add 2ft to the front as well as a 2ft step down, Thank you, Mark and Stephanie Johnson I do of have an j5sup with proposed changes.
