Dear Sean,
As per our previous discussions, I am officially applying for a modification to the existing dock structure
located along the ICWW at 994 B Var Road SW, Supply, NC 28462 on behalf of my brother Christopher
Isenhour. Notices have been sent to the adjacent property owners of record for the property. Please
find the following enclosures:
1. Copies of the forms sent to each adjacent property owner
2. Sketch/Drawing of the proposed modifications together with the description of the requested
work as follow:
a. Enlarging the existing deck at the end of the walk/dock by approximately 160 SF to
square up to the ICWW channel.
b. Add a finger pier extending 25 feet towards the ICWW channel together with a head
finger pier extending parallel with the channel from the deck.
c. The modifications noted above will include two boat slips with 13,000 lb. lifts.
d. Modify the existing entry to the walkway/dock to extend to a 3' height over the
substrate of any coastal grass area - estimated extension of 25-40 feet.
e. Make repairs as necessary to the existing dock structure.
f. None of the work as shown on the drawings will be completed within the 15' riparian
setback.

CAMA permit is being applied for the property: 994 B-Var Rd. SW, Supply, NC. Their property
runs adjacent to yours. A GIS map is included for you to view the location of both your
properties; your property is outlined in red and the Isenhour' has a blue dot.
The purpose for the permit is to make improvements/modifications to the exciting finger pier
on their property. Please see the proposed drawing of the modifications being requested by
Mr. and Mrs. Isenhour.
Per CAMA requirements, all adjacent riparian property owners must be notified of the request.
