As per our phone discussions, the GP 1 ;neral Permit is being applied for under the Governor's Hurricane Matthew Emergency Declaration 00 Permit Process, which eliminates the fee. 1 October 25, 2016, I measured the distance from the South Beach (of the Atlantic Ocean) escarpmen low tide line as 150' +/-. The property width at the escarpment is appx 110'.
