d1dozing at Lot 3210 Shoals Watch, Bald Head Island, NC. As per our phone discussions, the GP 1
;neral Permit is being applied for under the Governor's Hurricane Matthew Emergency Declaration

1 October 25, 2016, I measured the distance from the South Beach (of the Atlantic Ocean) escarpmen
low tide line as 150' +/-. The property width at the escarpment is appx 110'. Our proposed be
