General Permit for Beach Bulldozing at the Shoals Club, 100 Station House Way, Bald Head Island.
NC. The General Permit is being procured under the Governor's Hurricane Matthew Emergency
Declaration GP 2500 Permit Process. The Village is considered as first non -state, non -Bald Heat
Island Limited, LLC Atlantic Ocean adjacent riparian property owner due to its ownership of the
Spool's Reef Beach Access on Station House Way.
The beach bulldozing permit allows for a limited amount of sand "push", within an one acre maximum
