As per our meeting and conversation, we are proposing to construct 44-V- of retaining wall at 411
Summer Rest Rd. We are also proposing to construct a set of stairs from the stationary pier back
up the hill to a 4' x 48' walkway for access to and from the stationary pier. The existing hill is
too steep to navigate without stairs and a small walkway. Attached is the adjacent notification
for your review.
