Can the existing permit be modified for these changes or will a new one have to be issued? Here is the list of changes. The floating dock will be increased 32 sq. ft. and the ...r' dock decreased to 240 sq. ft. The pier will be increased to 100 feet in length as opposed to 79 feet. These changes are minimal and will not affect any water rights.
