On behalf of our clients, please find enclosed a proposed residential pier and dock submittal for 1777
Village Point Road SW, within Brunswick County. The submittal package includes the following:
1. An executed NC DCM Agent Authorization Form authorizing East Coast Engineering &
Surveying, PC to act as agent;
2. Two copies of our design plan, on I I" by 17" sheet;
3. Two copies of our design plan, on 24" x 36" sheet;
4. Copies of the April 7, 2011 letters to George & Sarah Pratt and Laurence & Linda Inman,
notifying the adjacent riparian property owners of the proposed development;
5. Copies of the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statements to Pratt and Inman along with copies
of the certified mail receipts from the US Postal Service; and
6. Check #6079 in the amount of $100 to cover the required application fee.
Once we have received the green cards from US Postal Service verifying receipt of the adjacent property
owner notifications we will forward them to your attention.
