Hello Mathias,
I'm Chris Kestle and contacted you last year about building the boathouse. During last year a storm came
through and took out our 16 x 16 deck by the boathouse. We are trying to replace it now and would like to go
from 16 x 16 to 20 x 20. In order to do this we need your permission to go a little bit bigger. I would need to get
this information to the inspector for her approval before we can start. We are not making any other changes
other than the small enlargement of the deck. Would this be ok for you?
