Riparian Distrib.Brunswick.Apr2019.jpg Oh —thought you had what was needed to get survey done so was waiting to hear back from you. Anyway, Attached is what Ken did for us. This is good to give an idea how to divide the area up at the waterward terminus of the riparian areas. However, I think the lines going back to the property points as shown in this depiction is not what we want to use. The attached drawing with the color lines I believe is a better representation of how the lines would meet the rule to the maximum extent practical in this case. So, the endpoints between the piers is divided equally. The actual linear footage of the waterward riparian area is based on measurements taken from a field survey (see 4/15/2019 email on this subject — excerpt pasted below). Feel free to give me a call if you need further clarification on what is needed based on comments from Christy. Thank and hope this helps. Tara, We reviewed the survey with the MHW. That's good but to be able to draw in the proposed riparian access lines, we need to continue the MHW line from the far west property line of Woodall to the far east side of Vallane's property which is beside or adjacent to the existing dock. Then at thatpoint all we are doinL ll w' f J y ck/pier east of Vallane's property into 5 sections points along the waterward pierhead alignment. Then at thZITila've rlgj running a proposed line back to where the properties meet attached a rough draft conceptual drawing of what we were proposing pending the surveyed property points along the MHW line to ensure these match up. NOTE: the proposed riparian access lines are straight except for the shared line between Woodall 's property and Fountain's property. It would have a dog -leg in it to compensate for the turn in the cove and the knuckle that juts out to the west on Fountain's property.
