Brooks,
On behalf of Bufflehead Properties, LLC I would like to request a General Permit under Section .1100
for the construction of a bulkhead on its property located at 169 Cliffside Drive in New Hanover
County.
The applicant is proposing to construct approximately 115 linear feet of bulkhead along their
shoreline and as depicted in the attached permit drawings. There are no wetland impacts.
Adjacent riparian land owner notifications have been sent by certified mail and return receipts are
enclosed. Also enclosed is the $400 permit fee check and additional supporting materials.
Please let me know if you have questions or need anything in addition to process this General Permit
request.
