The enclosed CAMA permit application is for a new boat lift installation at our community dock.
There are several existing boat lifts, and we are proposing to add one just like all the others, a
standard 12' x 12' setup as indicated on the attached plan sheet. My contractor will be Jimmy
O'Daniell with Port City Maintenance. Enclosed please find:
- One (1) copy of the Timberbrook Neighborhood Dock Plan
- Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement for neighbor to the north (Evans)
- Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement for neighbor to the south (Carpenter)
- Letter from Timberbrook HOA authorizing addition of lift to slip at community dock
- $200.00 application fee
