DMF is not opposed to allowing the replacement of the existing dock at 1503 Herring Lane with a floating dock with
stops positioned to allow 18 inches from the bottom of the floats to the substrate.

Thanks Jessi. I also need your assistance on a proposal to reconfigure an existing docking facility located on the upper
Portion of Bradley Creek that was authorized and built in 2007. The new owners are unable to use the current
configuration, which was not built in accordance with the permit as well. Attached is the proposal by Mr. Ed Flynn to
remove the fixed platform that is currently located within the channel on this side of the creek (see drawings and
photograph). Mr. Flynn indicated that he would put stops on the floater to prevent it from resting on the substrate, 18"
above. They want the left side of the floater to be a designated slip as well. It is noted that the permit did authorize a
single -pole lift within this location. Let me know your�thoughts and I appreciate your assistance.
