SANDBAG REMOVAL NOTICE

L Tatian McCuen understand that sandbags are temporary erosion control
atnxtrnes that may remain in place fur up to eight years attar the date of approval if it is protecting a
building and an associated septic system, a bridge or a road. The property owner shall be responsible for
removal of any portion of the temporary erosion control structure exposed above grade within 30 days of
the end of the allowable time period. Any portion of the temporary erosion control structure that becomes
exposed above grade after the expiration of the permitted time period shall be removed by the property
owner within 30 days of official notification from the Division of Coastal Management.

From an adjacent riparian owner perspective, we are good for all lots except 1 and 10.
On 10, we need notice to Williamson/Ladd.
On 1, we need notice to Trible Preston.
Tim, when we spoke the other day you indicated that you were trying to get up with them by phone.
Any luck with that? You were going to have them just sign off. I see where you now have sent the
return receipt, but can you track that package to show it's actually been delivered and send that
usps.com tracking info? We need actual notice/delivery and not just proof that you've sent it out.
Please send me anything else you have and I'll review it as I'm able today.
