The drawing you sent me shows a 65 ft walkway and a 12 ft platform for a total of 77 ft. The piers on both sides of the property and the additional properties in this area all extend less than 70 ft from the shoreline. I feel that 1 pier extending at least 10 ft further than everyone else in the area is unnecessary and will be obtrusive. I would have no objections to the overall design if the walkway were shortened 8 to 10 ft. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions. I can be reached via cell phone at 252-917-1939.
