Otter Creek Landing Yacht Club has objections to the proposal presented by Ken Cofer.
We need the following:
■ A copy of the proposed lift and installation plans, including a detailed engineering
drawing;
• The size of the lift and vessel;
• The assurance that the pilings, lift, boat on the left, eta. will not exceed the width
of the slip into the waterway;
■ There will be no permanent attachment to the bulkhead.
• Access to the bulkhead for maintenance, repairs and or replacement is required.
