Please see the attached drawing from our contractor. If you could issue us a maintenance and repair exemption permit quickly that would be great. Once the lake level has been brought down to an acceptable level we'd like to start repairs and having a permit in hand will speed the process. Do you know where and how we could find documentation of what level the lake was originally set at? We were thinking a permit would have been issued way back to create the levee and that the lake level would have been part of that permit/process. Right now we don't have a clue where to start looking.
