Bald Head Island Limited, LLC has retained me as authorized agent in applying for a CAMA
Bulkhead General Permit for appx 155 if of timber bulkhead at the peninsula near the intersection of
Keelson Row with the Cart Bridge, Bald Head Island, NC at what is referred to in its State Stormwater
Permit as QM4. Limited has a 2016 404 Wetland Delineation approved by the Corps of Engineers,
and CAMA will come out to verify Coastal Wetland Locations. An additional appx 110 if to tie in to
the existing bridge abutment and QM3 bulkhead is also being requested.
As the adjacent riparian property owner to the aforementioned project, I am required to notify you in
order to give you the opportunity to comment on the project. Please review the included
documents/drawing.
I have included the Division of Coastal Management Notification/Waiver Form. If you could so
kindly fill it out and return to Ms. Tara MacPherson, CAMA Field Rep at the North Carolina Division
of Coastal Management, 127 Cardinal Drive Extension, Wilmington, NC 28405, it would be much
appreciated. You may e-mail the form to tara.macpherson ,,ncdenr ov, or allow me or someone from
Planning to pick it up.. Non -response after 10 days is considered acceptance.
