Hi Karen,
Please find attached the "Approved with Conditions" response to your request to construct a
dock. As noted in the response,
The ACC has reviewed your request to build a dock and is "APPROVING with CONDITIONS". The
ACC review of this request is limited to architectural finishes. The ACC request that as you move
forward with preparation of construction documents that the architectural finishes (as highlighted in
the attached guildlines), such as, colors and exterior finishes be submitted for review and
determination of architectural compatibility with other constructed improvement in the area.
As the Owner, you assume all risk of loss associated with such proposed changes and agrees to hold
harmless from any claim of liability, Winding Creek Community Service Association, Board of
Directors, Architectural Control Committee, and any of their respective agents and representatives.
Owner is responsible for determining property lines locations, and any drainage areas affected by any
modifications.
Owner is responsible to assure all governmental approvals are received and to adhere to all
governmental and HOA Covenants and Restrictions.

Good Morning,
Attached is the ARC request form with supporting documentation. CAMA has
done a site visit and feels like the plan we have is well within their
permitting requirements. Once we have the OK from the Arc. Committee we can
file for the permit and move forward.
Please let me know if there is anything else the committee requires.
