I have met with the contractor and property owner at this site to do an evaluation of what they are proposing. Together
we measured the location of the proposed platform and docking facility and they are all outside of the 15' riparian
corridor. I had originally thought that there had been marsh where the proposed platform is located but looking at
aerial photos from the past few years indicated that no marsh had grown there previously. Therefore, the structures
meet our regulations as proposed and would not require a waiver to issue a permit. Please let me know if you have
further objections to this proposal.

Hello Jacob, attached please find your latest setback form and drawing. Of course we are again NOT WAIVING OUR
SETBACK. Your drawing is hard to read but looks like you are not going into our setback ... but the numbers don't add
up. Coastal Management said you only have 5' between our setback and the wetlands (which we measured and
verified last time we were there) and you can build only 6' over the wetlands which means the deck couldn't be over
11' wide plus you have the 4' X 4' landing (over wetlands) for ramp to floating dock. That adds up to 11' over the
wetlands.
We are mailing you the form today.
