is valid for 120 days from the date of issuance. Following
expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may

Any person who proceeds with a development without the con-
sent of a CAMA official under mistaken assumption that the
development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA if there
is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the
development.
The applicant certifies by signing this exemption that the
applicant will abide by the conditions of this exemption.

Happy New Year! Thank you for the feedback. The Surfrider Foundation plans to install the trees, per the provided specs
(15 A NCC 07K .0212), in the area shown below. The target date for the project is January 25th and approximately 80
trees will be installed at that time. They will be focusing on the area between Scotch Bonnet and Oystershell Lane
accesses. Please, let me know if any further information is required for this exemption.
