On behalf of Sweetwater Investments, LLC, c/o Wayne Smith I am requesting a
partial reissue of CAMA General Permit #74558-D which was issued on 9/13/19 for
property located at 1357 Cedar Landing Road SW, Supply. The permit was
originally issued for maintenance excavation, new bulkhead, and private pier,
platform, floating dock and boatlift. The excavation and bulkhead have been
completed, however, the pier, platform, floating dock and boatlift have not been
constructed yet and will not be to be completed prior to the expiration of the
existing permit which is 1/13/20. Therefore, we are requesting a partial reissuance
of the permit in order to construct the pier, platform, floating dock and boatlift.
No changes to the original authorization are being proposed and the adjacent
property owners have not changed. I have enclosed a copy Permit #74558-D,
adjacent property notifications, agent authorization and a check (#3362) in the
amount of $200 for the permit cost. Please feel free to contact me if you have any
