remaval-of artyportion of the temporaryerasion oontrol structure exposed above grade within 30 days of
the and of the allowable time period. Any potion of the temporary erasion control structure that becomes
expceed above grade &&tor the expiration of the permitted time period shall be rwwved by the property
owner within 30 der of official notification from the Division of Coastal Management.
