Mike,
Per our conversation, attached is the drawing and form for our new dock at 0113. 1 spoke to
the CAMA rep, and he clarified that you do not need to send it back certified mail. That
certified mail process is more for the applicant to prove an attempt at notification, so in this
case you can just print/sign the "hand delivered" form and mail it back to me. Would you
mind mailing it to your address at OIB? We do not have a mailbox installed and I can just
retrieve it from your mailbox. The only way we get things to our address is by UPS or FedEx.
Maybe send me a pic of the signed letter too please.
The CAMA rep said he would be pretty easy on this one since it is just a replacement of
existing footprint.
Let me know any questions or concerns.
Will be returning to 016 this week for 5 weeks, so if you need anything at your place let me
know.
