In that area, I'd be worried the stops would just tear it up. They have at least a foot and a half, it shouldn't impact the
bottom except on extreme lunar tide events.

Tara, the closest I've been to that property is a few houses over on 308 West Yacht. However, I've included my notes
from the 2 site visits that 1 did with Joel Klass, and Brooks and I did a second time. If the applicant can go out at least 58'
from shore, I'm confident enough the depths are similar and would be sufficient for a floating structure as small as the
one proposed. 58' from shore is a minimum distance, if they would be willing to go out further, that would achieve
deeper water and be even less impactful.

I just got out a meeting about this project. Basically as long as the dock does not encroach into the setback and the
floater is not more than 24ft into the setback we would not object to this project. There should be a condition that the if
we request the floater to be removed for dredging of the channel the owner would need to remove the floater and
would be allowed to replace it once the project was completed. if you need anything else please let me know. Thanks.
