Good morning Tara,
I could draw a sketch but it would resemble that of a five year old.
According to R&B Marine, a total of 22 sections or 352 linear feet are being repaired from mean high water. The DMF
measurement of mean high water for the annual pier license is 749 linear feet.

can ensure it is less than 50%. 1 will also need the property owner name and mailing address. I can issue the
exemption electronically with that information.
I copied Tyler McGuire on this email, he is the field rep for that area and I will be in a conference until next Wed. He
will be able to issue the exemption in my absence.
