Upon conducting a second site investigation the water depth were marginal, but considering the limit switch and the physical stops proposed being installed 18" above the substrate, the nominal distance over shallow bottom PNA that must be navigated to deeper water, the project has made all efforts to avoid and minimize any significant impacts to fisheries habitat. Please let me know if you have any other questions for me.
