backyard over the marsh to our waterfront
> This most recent edition was lost in Hurricane Fran
> We are now attempting to rebuild a more permanent structure. We have gained approval from
the City for this and now we have a few hoops from CAMA to jump through. The main one being
that the Masonborough Plantation HOA Board must agree to the project. We are not attempting
to make another boat pier or usurping any structure owned by our HOA. We are proposing a
simple elevated walkway from our property that will end at the water. It will not extend into the
water
> It is my hope that there will not be any dissent among the HOA Board regarding this project
and that the Board will give their approval to us for completion of the walkway. Please call me if
you would like to discuss this or if you would like to see the skeleton of the walkway that has
been already constructed
