If Im not mistaken water depths along the bank (beneath the platform) are insufficient to support a floating dock.
Essentially, you need 2' of water beneath the float in order to obtain the general permit. However you'd like to orient
the platform and/or float to accommodate your needs and still meet that 2' separation, you are welcome to do so. I
can modify the permit to account for any minor changes.
Let me know how you'd like to proceed.

Hey Jason,
Thanks but I have a question before signing, hope I'm not a pain.
If I removed the 10 x 10 platform could I have the floating portion in the same place but closer to the shore? If not
could I have the floating portion on the opposite side of the 10 x 10 platform? We just recorded another deed so I own
the downstream property too formerly Thomas rackley's.
Reason I'm asking is that upstream fills in first so I was hoping to stay off the dredge for a bit longer.
I will be driving tomorrow. If u need me give me a ring at 9105382145.
