I have attached a description of the property and proposed work. As you know, it has been difficult to almost impossible to find contractors to do this work and I have been successful but time is of the essence. We have gone to contract with Guthrie Construction for the pier and EZDockPlus for the dock, conditioned on your approval. I also asked that the permit fee be waived as per the emergency rules in place. I have spoken with my neighbors (16 W Ridge and 18 W Ridge) and they have no objections to the proposal (Adjacent Owner Statements attached). Dr D'Avello also agreed to a 13' setback as opposed to a 15' setback. Thank you for your assistance.
