My wife Kathy and I are the adjacent property owners EAST of Mike Pflum on E. Island Dr on Oak Island.
We are willing to accept a waiver for the 15 Ft. Set Back if necessary to accommodate Mike's planned boat lift.

Lynn and I ( Morisha ) Stout, are the property owners West of Mike Pflum.
We are willing to accept a waiver for the 15 Ft. Set Back.
I'm sorry for the mistake on Lynn not initialing where he was supposed to.
But we are glad to accept the waiver.

Morisha,
I'm sorry I have to ask you and Lynn to do this but it seems you were to "initial" your agreement to waive your
interest in the setback rather than just "check" the box. I didn't read that line properly when I read it either but
it's holding up my permit. S00000, I need to ask you to send an email to the lady below stating that you are the
adjacent property owner to the West of me and you are willing to accept a waiver for the 15ft. set back. It's no
different than what we did except they needed that line initialed.
So if you will, please copy me on the email and send it to this email address. She is a very nice lady named
"Tara".
