I didn't read that line properly when I read it either but it's holding up my permit. S00000, I need to ask you to send an email to the lady below stating that you are the adjacent property owner to the West of me and you are willing to accept a waiver for the 15ft. set back. It's no different than what we did except they needed that line initialed. So if you will, please copy me on the email and send it to this email address. She is a very nice lady named "Tara".
