must be set back a minimum distance of 15' from my area of riparian access unless waived by
me. (If you wish to waive the setback, ybu must initial the appropriate blank below.)
I do wish to waive the 15' setback requirement.

Attached is some overall information about the project and an Adjacent
Riparian Property Owner Statement for you to complete and sign.
Since the entire project is inside the Diversion Structure on the Intake
Canal, we are hoping that you will not have any objections and you do not need
to waive the 15' setback.

Dear Ms. MacPherson,
Com-Mar Ltd., dba Marcol Dredging and Commercial Marine Co. (Marcol), respectfully requests
the necessary permits and approvals from your agency.to perform repairs to the existing
corcrete boat ramp and install a new access walkway and floating docks as shown and
described in the following pages.
Please note that no coastal wetlands will be disturbed by this work and no live concrete will be
used in the water as part of our repairs.
