I have reviewed it. It is very hard to determine if the 57ft is behind the setback or just over it. Basically when I measure I
get about 54 to 55 feet but that is based on imagery and could be skewed. Can you authorize the permit with the caveat
that they stay outside of the setback? I think they are trying to get as close as they can, which I am ok with, I just do not
want to authorize someone to go over the line based on a number supplied in a hand drawn map. we are ok with the
floater (as long as it anchored outside the setback). I assume they plan to use the aluminum arms to hold the floater in
place?
