It was nice meeting you the other day on September 24, 2019.
We looked at a water front lot at 6249 Pebble Shore Lane in Southport, Brunswick County, NC. The owners would like to
build a bulkhead to protect the lot from erosion and wave activity from the River.
The field review of the project area did not reveal any Jurisdictional 404 wetlands. The area investigated appears to be
comprised mostly of over wash sand from the river and historic deposits of loam and sand. The dominant vegetation
comprises small cedar trees/shrubs and invasive Phragmites.
I've attached a google map that shows the area that was investigated and reviewed.
