This requires filing two permits, one with CAMA and another with the Town of Carolina Beach.
The CAMA permit requires that we notify our adjacent property owners to see if they have any
objections to our plans (copy attached). I have enclosed the forms required by CAMA to give
you notice along with a copy for your file. I ask that you complete this form and then sign and
